How it works
From the room to the parent's hands.
Every record follows the same short path, and a person signs off on it before it leaves the nursery.
Teachers record the day
A mood for the day, positive, neutral, negative or absent, with optional tags and a note. Food and bathroom entries are tapped in as they happen. The room logs its class activity once.
An admin reviews it
A nursery admin opens the room's records, checks them against how the day actually went, and corrects anything that needs correcting before it goes anywhere.
The nursery hands over a PDF
An admin exports the day as a branded PDF and gives it to the family. There is no parent login, and TinyHub never emails anyone.
Everything else the nursery runs on.

Who can do what.
Permissions are fixed, not configurable. Teaching staff only ever see the rooms they are assigned to.
- Nursery admin
- Everything. Settings, staff and HR, deletions, exports and the audit trail.
- Moderator
- Everything an admin can do, minus deletions, staff HR and settings.
- Teacher and assistant
- The daily record for their own rooms, and nothing outside them.
Records about small children stay inside the nursery.
No parent-facing login
There is no parent app and there never will be. Nothing is published to families automatically.
TinyHub does not email anyone
The system sends nothing on its own. The nursery decides what is shared, and shares it.
One nursery, one tenant
Your records sit on their own. They are never pooled with another nursery's data.
